- The maximum print area is approximately 15-20mm.
- Print of the same or a different photo, logo or text is also available (at and additional charge).
- Table tennis balls are printed in 5-7 working days with an express 2-3 working day print option available.
Table Tennis Printing Lead Time
Because we print in-house we have very quick lead times for all of our personalised table tennis items.
Printing lead times can be selected within the customiser when you are personalising your table tennis items, all orders will default to the standard printing option.
Standard Print - 5-7 working days
Express Print - 2-3 working days
Orders are processed on working days and so weekends and Bank Holidays are not included in the above.
We aim to have all orders printed within the timeframe show above, during busy times the maximum number of printing days from your chosen lead times will apply.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Delivery for your personalised table tennis items can be selected at the checkout.
An estimated delivery date will be shown once you have chosen your delivery method. The estimated delivery date is based on the printing lead times and delivery method.
If you need your order sooner than the date shown in the checkout you can go back to your shopping cart and see the printing lead times available, select a quicker print option for an earlier delivery date.
We offer various delivery options which include next working day timed services.
Delivery
All orders are shipped on a tracked service and you will receive an email with tracking details once they have been dispatched. Through these emails you will be able to choose a safeplace or leave with neighbour option.
Free next working day UK delivery is available based on weight, this varies depending on the product you select but is usually around 6 balls.

Price includes VAT and printing:
- Minimum order just one 12 ball pack.
- Most orders will be shipped in 2-7 working day (depending on selected print lead times)
- 12 ball pack may consist of either 2 boxes of 6 balls or 4 boxes of 3 balls. Product images may vary.
How to add your logo or text to your printed table tennis balls: Click the Red 'Personalise' button above and select 'Photo/Logo' or 'Text' option. A visual proof will appear on the screen before you "Add to cart".
Lead times: Standard printing lead times are 5-7 working days but we do offer an express 2-3 day printing option for urgent orders. See the 'Printing Lead Times' section in the customiser when you have personalised your golf balls for express options.
Urgent orders: Select “Shipped in 2-3 working days” and we will print and ship your golf balls within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and Bank holidays). A delivery method will also need to be selected at the checkout, the estimated date of delivery in the checkout is based on the printing lead time and delivery method selected.
Durability: The print on table tennis balls is semi-permanent.
Artwork required: A good quality jpeg or high resolution photograph is all we need to print from. We can print full colour using our personalised service, which is ideal for printing photos and complicated logos.
Print size for table tennis balls: The print area is approximately 15-20mm depending on the layout of your design. We are able to print to around 22mm for rectangular logos or text and 20mm for circles or squares (this includes photographs).
