Print and Embroidery Options;
All of our embroidery is completed in house so that we can offer customer focused and efficient service.
The maximum embroidery area varies depending on the item that you are ordering. Please refer to the individual product you are interested in for specific sizing and dimensions.
Our online costs include simple logos and text. There may be an additional charge for more complex designs. Usually we include up to 8,000 stitches, and costs will increase slightly for designs with higher stitch costs.
We may have to digitise your design, and the cost for this is usually an extra £20-£30 (can be higher on more complex designs).
Text
We embroider lots of our items with just initials, names or messages.
For best results you may have to limit your text especially for small items. For example a golf bag has a maximum embroidery area of 100mm, so we suggest only 10-14 characters per line (max. 3 lines). For larger items we can increase the embroidered to say 20 characters. If at any time we feel that your request will no longer appear clearly we will inform you and suggest the best alternatives.
Logo
Simple and more complex logos can be embroidered and we include up to 8,000 stitches in the price of the items.
Our designers will check the logo first before they start the process of getting the logo ready for embroidery. There may be an additional charge of around £20 - £30 for complex embroidery which is the digitisation fee.
In some instances it may not be possible to embroider your logo, or we may have to simplify. If this is the case, we will email you will alternative options or call to discuss.
Photos and full colour designs
Photos and full colour logos are usually printed full colour onto vinyl and then heat pressed onto the item or depending on the product, printed directly. We can print directly on to white to ensure that the result is the same as the image that you have uploaded, this can included multiple colours and graduation.

Personalise these Adidas Shoe Bags with your name, initials or full colour logo.
Print and Embroidery Options;
Personalisation will be placed on the front center of the bag.
The maximum embroidery/print area is approximately 100mm.
Included in the price you can have simple embroidered text- we would recommend no more than 12-14 characters per line with up to three lines or a full colour vinyl print.
The print option is a great alternative to embroidery for designs and logos with multiple colours and fine details.
Embroidered design (minimum 4) - If you have a simple logo which you would prefer to be embroidered we offer this service with a minimum order of 4 bags, these will be an additional £5 per bag – charged after we approve your logo for embroidery
Embroidered design (minimum 24) - For larger orders we also offer an embroidery options for simple logos with a minimum order of 24, these will be an additional £1.20 per bag - charged after we approve your logo for embroidery
For Repeat Logo orders, there is no additional cost.
Sometimes any fine details will need to be made bolder or altered in order to get the optimum results. You will be advised of any possible changes to your design.
If we feel that your design is unsuitable for embroidery we will offer the best alternative being either the vinyl print or simplifying it.
How to personalise your Shoe Bag: Click the Red 'Personalise' button above and select 'Photo/Logo' or 'Text' option. An online visual will appear before you add to cart. We do not offer visual proofs before printing/embroidering.
Lead times: Standard printing lead times are 5-7 days but we do offer a express printing lead times (see below). See the 'Printing Lead Times' section in the customiser when you have personalised your order for express options
Urgent orders: Select Express. Dispatched within 2-3 days (excluding weekends and Bank holidays) for an expedited option. A delivery method will also need to be selected at the checkout. The estimated date of delivery in the checkout is based on the printing lead time and delivery method selected.
Artwork required: Please upload your artwork as a jpeg, gif or pdf file. The file should be less than 3MB otherwise it may not upload correctly.
Print size: The area available for print/embroidery is around 100mm
