When will I receive my printed gift set?

The standard printing lead time for our personalised gifts and gift sets is 5-7 working days with an express 2-3 working day option available for urgent orders. When you receive your gift set depends on the prining lead time selected during customisation.

When customising your gift set the printing lead times will show before you add to cart and will default to the standard 5-7 day print. If you would like your order quicker simply use the check box next to the Express 2-3 day print option.

The estimated delivery date for your order does also depend on the delviery method which you select at the checkout. Estimated delivery is based on the printing lead times and delivery method.

e.g.

Standard Printing Lead Time (5-7 working days) + 2-3 day delivery option chosen at checkout = 7-10 working days from placing your order.

Lead times are how quickly we will print your order and Delivery times start from when your order has been printed.

If the estimated delivery date you see at the checkout is too long for you, go back to the shopping cart page where you will be able to select the express print option. If this still doesn't work for you please get in touch with us, because we print in-house we are sometimes able to get orders out even quicker.

We offer a full colour photo, logo or text print onto most elements of our golf gifts and gift sets.

Any gift set which contain tees or pencils we recommend text only print with a maximum or 19 characters, this is due to the narrow print area available on these items. We are able to print a "word" logo onto a pencil or tee if you have any queries you can always email us before placing an order and we can confirm whether your logo will print.

For golf balls and pitchforks or markers we can offer a full colour print of any logo, photo or text. The maximum print area on the golf balls is around 22mm.

Towels, caps and clothing are generally embroidered and we can offer text or simple logo embroidery. There may be an additional fee to digitise a logo to make it suitable for embroidery, if this is necessary we will always contact you before production begins. We can also offer vinyl print for more complex logos which again will be discussed with you before we go to production.
