When will I receive my printed golf balls?

This depends on which printing lead time and delivery option you choose e.g.

Standard printing lead times (3-5 working days) + Standard 2-3 day delivery = 5-8 working days from placing your order.

We offer expedited printing options which can be found when you are customising your golf balls. "Fast" will be dispatched within 2 working days, "Express" 24 hour dispatch and "Super Express" Same Day dispatch when ordered before 12pm.

Lead Times are how quickly we print your order

Delivery is the shipping method chosen at the checkout.

Lead times and delivery should be added together to give you an estimated delivery date. Your estimated date of delivery will be shown at the checkout before you pay for your order. Lead times can be amended by going back to the shopping basket page if you need your order quicker than the estimated delivery date shown. Your estimated delivery date will also be on your order confirmation email.

This means we can off you fantastic turn-around times and quality of print which cannot be beaten.

When you place your order the customiser will default to the standard 3-5 day print option, because we print in-house we can offer great quick print options for all your needs. If you need your order within a couple of days select the our express or super express print options and next day delivery at the checkout and you can have your order in as little as 24 hours.

Delivery
Not to be confused, the options you see within the customiser relate purely to how quickly we print your order. For an estimated day of delivery you will need to add your golf balls into your shopping basket and go to the checkout stage. At the delivery section choose your preferred method and you will see an estimated date of delivery based on printing plus delivery timeframe

Standard delivery is just £4.99 and printed balls are usually delivered 2-3 working days after being printed. Tracking details will be sent by email the day before delivery is due.

Next Day delivery is £6.99 (or free for 6 boxes or more) Delivery will be made the next working day after printing. Next Day delivery can be upgraded to before 1pm or before 10:30am at an additional cost. Tracking details will be sent by email the day before delivery. Saturday and Sunday services are available at an addtional cost, please contact us for a custom delivery price for these options.

How to add your logo or text to your printed golf balls: Click the Red 'Personalise' button above and select 'Photo/Logo' or 'Text' option. A visual proof will appear on the screen before you "Add to cart". A visual proof will also be sent by email before printing for orders of 12 boxes or more (only if we are able to upgrade you to our logo service). 

Lead times: Standard lead times are 3-5 working days but we do offer a Fast 2 Day express 24 hours and same day service for urgent orders . Select the 'Printing Lead Times' on the customiser when you have uploaded your logo or text. 

Urgent orders: Select ‘same day’ printing lead times (before 12pm) and we will print and ship your golf balls the same day (excluding weekends and Bank holidays) Select ’24 Hour’ printing lead times and we will print and ship the next day (excluding weekends and Bank holidays) or select 'Fast' and we will print and dispatch your order within 2 working days. A delivery method will also need to be selected at the checkout, the estimated date of delivery in the checkout is based on the printing lead time and delivery method selected. 

Durability: While the print is fairly durable we do not offer a permanent print solution for personalised golf balls. The print may wear during play, the duration of which does depend on the personalisation, playing conditions and ball chosen. For a permanent print option we may be able to offer our logo service, however this is only available for orders of 12 dozen or more.

Artwork required: A high quality jpeg file is suitable for all printing. For orders of 12 or more boxes printed with a logo we may be able to upgrade you to our logo service. If we can offer the upgrade we will contact you and request a vector file of your logo, (usually ai or eps format) and you will receive a visual proof usually within a few hours, detailing the print area and pantone colours. If you do not have the correct file we can redraw the logo for you (fee may apply)

Print size for printed golf balls: The maximum print area is approximately 20-22mm for rectangular logos or text. Circular and square logo are usually printed between 18 and 22mm wide

Colours: We can print full colour using our personalised service, which is ideal for printing photos and complicated logos. For coloured golf balls we will put down a layer of white before your personalisation to allow the image to be clear on the ball. Without the white layer the print has the same end result as printing onto coloured paper and images colour will be impacted. Because we print by eye sometimes there may be some white layer seen around the edge of your print. We will do all we can to keep this to a minimum. If we feel your logo won't work on a coloured ball we will inform you beforehand and offer an alternative solution.
