Personalised Baseballs Printing Lead Time
Because we print in-house we have very quick lead times for all of our personalised baseballs.
Printing lead times can be selected within the customiser when you are personalising your squash balls, all orders will default to the standard printing option.
Standard Print - 5-7 working days
Express Print - 2-3 working days
Orders are processed on working days and so weekends and Bank Holidays are not included in the above.
We aim to have all orders printed within the timeframe show above, during busy times the maximum number of printing days from your chosen lead times will apply.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Delivery for your personalised baseballs can be selected at the checkout.
An estimated delivery date will be shown once you have chosen your delivery method. The estimated delivery date is based on the printing lead times and delivery method.
If you need your order sooner than the date shown in the checkout you can go back to your shopping cart and see the printing lead times available, select a quicker print option for an earlier delivery date.
We offer various delivery options which include next working day timed services.
Delivery
All orders are shipped on a tracked service and you will receive an email with tracking details once they have been dispatched. Through these emails you will be able to choose a safeplace or leave with neighbour option.
Free next working day UK delivery is available based on weight, this varies depending on the product you select but is usually around 6 balls.

How to personalise your Sof T baseballs: Click the Red 'Personalise' button above and select 'Photo/Logo' or 'Text' option. An online visual will appear on the golf ball before you add to cart. We do not offer visual proofs before printing.
Lead times: Standard printing lead times are 5-7 working days but we do offer express printing lead times (see below). See the 'Printing Lead Times' section in the customiser when you have personalised your golf balls for express options.
Urgent orders: Select 'Express' printing lead times and we will print and ship within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and Bank holidays). A delivery method will also need to be selected at the checkout, the estimated date of delivery in the checkout is based on the printing lead time and delivery method selected.
Durability: While the print is fairly durable we do not offer a permanent print solution. The print may wear during play, the duration of which does depend on the personalisation, playing conditions and ball chosen.
Artwork required: Please upload your artwork as a jpeg, gif or pdf file. The file should be less than 3MB otherwise it may not upload correctly.
Print size for baseballs: The maximum print area is approximately 25-35mm for all photos, logos and text.
