When will I receive my printed golf balls?

This depends on which printing lead time and delivery option you choose e.g.

Standard printing lead times (3-5 working days) + Standard 2-3 day delivery = 5-8 working days from placing your order.

We offer expedited printing options which can be found when you are customising your golf balls. "Fast" will be dispatched within 2 working days, "Express" 24 hour dispatch and "Super Express" Same Day dispatch when ordered before 12pm.

Lead Times are how quickly we print your order

Delivery is the shipping method chosen at the checkout.

Lead times and delivery should be added together to give you an estimated delivery date. Your estimated date of delivery will be shown at the checkout before you pay for your order. Lead times can be amended by going back to the shopping basket page if you need your order quicker than the estimated delivery date shown. Your estimated delivery date will also be on your order confirmation email.

Unlike other supliers we print all our sports balls in-house

This means we can offer you fantastic turn-around times and quality of print which cannot be beaten.

When you place your order the customiser will default to the standard 3-5 day print option, because we print in-house we can offer great quick print options for all your needs. If you need your order within a couple of days select the our fast, express or super express print options and next day delivery at the checkout and you can have your order in as little as 24 hours.

Delivery

Not to be confused, the options you see within the customiser relate purely to how quickly we print your order. For an estimated day of delivery you will need to add your golf balls into your shopping basket and go to the checkout stage. At the delivery section choose your preferred method and you will see an estimated date of delivery based on printing plus delivery timeframe

Standard delivery is just £4.99 and printed balls are usually delivered 2-3 working days after shipping. Tracking details will be sent by email the day before delivery is due.

Next Day delivery is £6.99 (or free for 6 boxes or more) Delivery will be made the next working day after dispatch. Next Day delivery can be upgraded to before 1pm or before 10:30am at an additional cost. Tracking details will be sent by email the day before delivery. Saturday and Sunday services are available at an addtional cost, please contact us for a custom delivery price for these options.

For orders over 12 dozen we may be able to upgrade to our logo print service and a visual proof can be sent. We will contact you before printing if this applies to your order.

How to add your logo or text:  Click the red personalise button and select Photo/Logo or Text option. Upload your logo or photograph from your local files, here you can crop if necessary. Or type in your chosen text using the onscreen visual to amend the size, font or colour if required.

Lead Times: Standard printing lead time are 3-5 working days but we also offer, "Fast", "Express" or "Super Express" print options, details about thes can be found within the customiser. Additional charges apply for our expedited print options.

Artwork required: A jpeg file is suitable for printing all photo's or logos. If necessary we may ask you for vector format artwork, either ai or eps file or logo team will be in contact if this is necessary.

Print Size: The print area is approximately 20-27mm, depending on the print process and the layout of your design. For orders of less than 12 boxes or for printing photographs we will print using our inkjet printers and will not send you a visual proof before printing, you will see your visual proof on-screen. 

Durability: While the print is fairly durable we do not offer a permanent solution for personalised golf balls. The print may wear during play, the duration of which does depend on the personalisation, playing conditions and ball chosen. For a permanent solution we may be able to offer our logo service, this is only available for orders of 12 boxes or more with a suitable logo.
